Kilim

Anatolian/Persian flatweave, structurally similar to [[dhurrie]] but with distinct motifs and colour vocabulary.

Kilim uses the same interlock-weft technique as dhurrie but originated in Anatolia and Persia, with rich tribal iconography, slit-weave joinery and warm earth colours. See [[flatweave]].
