How long does rug delivery take for a hotel project?

45–90 days for hand-knotted, 35–60 for hand-tufted, 35–45 for handloom or flatweave, 25–30 for hand-braided — combined sampling plus production. Add international freight (typically 3–5 weeks by sea, air-freightable for critical dates). We plan every project schedule backward from your install date and confirm delivery before you commit to the order.

How quickly can a custom rug be made for a project deadline?

The floor is set by construction (see the lead-time table above). Where the site programme is tight, we compress by sampling on production loom (skipping a separate sampling round), pre-warping stock looms, and air-freighting the finished piece. Send us your install date and we'll confirm what's achievable within it.

What's the largest rug you can produce in a single piece?

Up to 30 × 90 ft in one seamless piece — larger on request. Very few manufacturers globally can produce hospitality carpet at this scale unjoined.

What is the minimum project size?

One rug. No project minimum — a single signature piece is welcome.

Can you handle multi-tower or roll-out programs?

Yes — programs scale with your install schedule. From a single signature piece to full-property and multi-property roll-outs, on the same workshop discipline.

Are your rugs fire-tested?

Products are tested by Intertek. FR testing is arranged per project or market requirement — test reports available on request.

Can you supply RWS or Oeko-Tex certified rugs?

Do you handle international shipping?

Yes — full in-house export documentation and international freight from Bhadohi. We deliver to India, Europe, Southeast Asia and the wider MEA / Americas markets.
