MOQ
Minimum Order Quantity — the smallest production run a manufacturer will accept.
Hand-knotted MOQs are typically 1 piece for full custom; tufted MOQs run higher because of setup cost. Small-batch programs lower MOQ to open the door to boutique buyers. See [[sourcing-guide]].
